**Job Title:** Infrastructure Development Specialist The organization seeks a skilled Civil Engineer to join their team, responsible for executing Water and Wastewater Treatment (WWTW) projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in setting out and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all work is completed defect-free and meets project deadlines.
  • Set up detailed works based on contract drawings, conduct regular checks.
  • Oversee the accurate establishment of level and survey control for contracts.
  • Identify and implement value engineering opportunities where possible.
  • Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, allocation sheets, and compliance documentation.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges that may arise unexpectedly.
  • Develop and manage procurement schedules, liaise with the procurement team to secure necessary resources.
  • Promote best practices across all site operations.
  • Establish a safe working culture and enforce high safety standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
  • Uphold environmental compliance across all activities.
  • Drive a strong customer focus throughout the organization.
  • Champion EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) awareness among teams.
 Requirements:
  • Min. Third-level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or similar.
  • Min. 2-3 years site-based setting out experience.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, Environmental and legal regulations.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook.
  • Experience of temporary work coordination a benefit.
  • Experience of MS Project.
  • Valid Safe Pass/SMSTS/MSIC card holder.
