We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our paid social and search initiatives across top platforms.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a deep understanding of paid social execution, ABM targeting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, leveraging audience insights and creative testing to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with our agency to manage paid search efforts, providing strategic direction on keyword strategy, campaign structure, and efficiency improvements.
  • Track and analyze performance across channels, measuring key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CVR, pipeline contribution, and ROAS to inform spend and strategy.
  • Utilize tools like Demandbase, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to target high-priority accounts with precision and accuracy.
  • Leverage full-funnel campaigns aligned to segment goals (brand, demand, expansion) to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ABM, Content, Creative, and Sales, to ensure message-market fit for custom audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid search and paid social execution and optimization.
