Business Development Executive Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, care homes, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding their recruitment needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience & Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of business development experience within the healthcare industry in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Irish healthcare system, recruitment challenges, and compliance requirements.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
