Job Opportunity

The quality control department is seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Specialist to manage and maintain laboratory instrumentation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with equipment suppliers for calibration schedules
  • Review laboratory documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor equipment maintenance reports and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Manage instrument changes, relocations, and decommissioning
  • Troubleshoot laboratory equipment issues
  • Purchase and install new instruments, ensuring proper qualification and operation
  • Develop and update procedures for equipment use and maintenance
  • Investigate and resolve instrumentation calibration issues
  • Support the implementation and qualification of analytical instruments
Requirements
  • A degree in Analytical Science or related field is required
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry operations is required
  • Knowledge of Quality Control processes and regulations
  • Experience with regulatory agency audits and understanding of laboratory GMP's and FDA regulations
