Clinical Research Nurse Manager

  • We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Research Nurse to oversee clinical research trials and operations.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our clinical research team, ensuring that all studies are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Screening potential trial patients; reviewing their medical history, histology, laboratory and radiology reports.
  2. Participating in informed consent process, educating patients and their families, and providing support.
  3. Maintaining trial-related logs and Investigator Site File.
  4. Involved in performing trial measurements, designing patient packs, and completing Case Report Forms.
  5. Patient follow-up, ensuring GCP compliance, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A registered nurse with a minimum of two years post-graduate experience.
  • Experience working in the oncology setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Versatility, ability to work to deadlines, and experience in coordinating clinical trials from initiation to closure would be advantageous.
