**Overview of Role**

The Quality System Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of Eakin Healthcare Group's quality strategy. This includes developing and implementing the quality assurance strategy, while reporting on all aspects of the quality management system.

The successful candidate will manage a team of QMS Co-ordinators, facilitating and supporting Eakin Healthcare's QMS using the e-QMS. They will also chair and facilitate the group change control program, and provide input and support for new product development activities.

This role requires significant experience in a similar quality system manager role, with a strong understanding of medical device regulations and ISO standards. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave, and can be based at one of our manufacturing sites in Cardiff, Comber or Coleraine.
