Office Administrator Job

Our organization seeks a detail-oriented Office Administrator to fill a vital role in our operations. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices to customers.
  • Process incoming invoices and maintain precise financial records.
  • Carry out bank reconciliations and manage payroll for 10 staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements by maintaining and updating drivers' files.
  • Manage equipment files to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Obtain necessary permits and licenses.
  • Filing duties include invoices, delivery dockets, equipment paperwork, and correspondence.
  • Respond to calls, emails, and handle mail efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using computer systems such as the Microsoft Office suite, Thesaurus Payroll, and Big Red Cloud accounts package.

We are seeking someone who can work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks. Experience in transport is advantageous but not essential.
