Finance Administrator Role">

This is an exciting opportunity to support our finance operations. The Finance Administrator will play a key role in supporting various finance tasks, including VAT queries, regulatory reporting, and financial close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile supplier turnover with the general ledger to ensure accurate calculation of customer rebates.
  • Post rebate journals to customer accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with member companies nationwide to resolve queries regarding rebates and supplier trading terms.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual audit.
  • Generate monthly customer purchase reports.
  • Work closely with senior management to assist with general finance queries and project-based work.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous accounts or finance experience; IATI qualification or part-qualified accountant desirable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
