Job Description

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the global Kerry Salesforce solution comprised of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, related managed packages, and related technologies. This position will enable you to work on customer-facing digital platforms using Salesforce Experience Cloud.

You will engage with business functions to optimise and digitise key globally aligned business processes. Project manage and support digital initiatives through to live environment, build, test, deploy, and document configuration across the Salesforce landscape.

Collaborate with ICT service delivery and security teams, and provide application support as required for BAU activities. Evaluate new solutions and technologies as they become available and relevant for the organisation.

Requirements
  • Degree in an Information and Communications Technology or related discipline.
  • Experience in a similar role with project management and delivery methodologies and systems.
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and translate technical terms for non-technical audiences.
  • Team player with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Logical and analytical with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of motivation.
  • Salesforce certified administrator/developer experience is essential.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience (desirable).
