Job Description

My Homecare is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work one on one with children with various disabilities in their own home in Co. Leitrim. The ideal candidate would have paediatric experience working one on one with children in their own home and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children, administering medication, monitoring mobilization, and performing skin care play/activities.

As a member of our team, you will benefit from comprehensive induction training, an in-house training scheme for all mandatory certificates, and flexible start dates and scheduling to promote work-life balance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:

  • Up-to-date and current ABA/NMBI pin
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Willingness to undergo any required training
  • Garda Vetting
  • Registration with the INMO or affiliated union
  • Full immunizations and vaccination history
  • Full clean driving license (desirable)
