Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Monitoring and Testing Program. This involves performing tests to ensure compliance with our standards and procedures.

You will work closely with our Risk Management team to identify potential gaps in our testing plan and develop strategies to address them.

Additionally, you will assess emerging risks and themes to provide insights to our leadership and risk partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular testing to identify defects and discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
