End-of-Life Nursing Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to provide high-quality palliative and nursing care in a supportive environment. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and empathetic patient care, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
- Provide expert palliative care services with a focus on symptom management and pain relief.
- Demonstrate clinical leadership and support the development of nursing staff through education and training programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care and promote quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Palliative care and symptom management.
- Clinical leadership and education.
- Team collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- 12–18 months post-graduate experience (desirable).
- Postgraduate Diploma or Master's in Health Sciences (Palliative Care) is desirable – or willingness to pursue it.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills suited to a hospice setting.
- A team player who values collaboration and holistic care.
