Dining Experience Director

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Leader to oversee all catering and service operations for our clients on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Dining Experience Director, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and delivering exceptional food experiences. You will:

  1. Prepare delicious food to the highest standards
  2. Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
  3. Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit catering operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
  4. Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
  5. Represent the company and maintain a positive brand image
  6. Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales
  7. Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
  8. Support and train teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
  9. Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

To succeed as a Dining Experience Director, you will need:

  1. Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  2. A minimum of two years of catering experience
  3. Experience managing teams in a similar role
  4. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  5. Bright financial acumen
  6. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  7. An ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
