In Room Dining Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In Room Dining Assistant to join our team. As an In Room Dining Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests who avail of our in-room dining experience.

Your primary role will be to greet guests over the phone, take orders accurately, serve food and drinks in a professional manner, and ensure that all guests receive a unique and memorable experience.

You will be working closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to the highest standards, and that all orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and we are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is essential.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide a high level of customer service.
  • You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
