The Role

We are seeking a service-driven individual to join our five-star team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or continue your career with one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming team, you will help create memorable moments for our guests and colleagues. Your main duties will include:

  • Preparing mise-en-place according to standards
  • Greeting guests in a professional manner
  • Delivering and serving drinks and food to the Merrion standards
  • Maintaining uniform and personal grooming standards
  • Polishing glassware and crockery for service

Who We Are Looking For

A candidate who is professional, courteous, and effective in communication with guests and colleagues. Enthusiasm and confidence in service are essential. These qualities will help us stand out as a caring and successful hotel.

Shift work and flexibility are required for this position.

About The Merrion

The Merrion, a member of the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World, is located opposite Government Buildings in the heart of Dublin city center. Comprising four Georgian townhouses, our 142 bedrooms and suites are arranged around two 18th-century style gardens.
