Job Title: Engine Component Sales Professional
About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity to drive engine part sales activities across the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing existing customer accounts and creating new commercial opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities with airlines, lessors, and MROs.
- Attend meetings with key accounts and coordinate visit plans with the Senior Commercial Team.
- Develop new customer relationships, including global buyers of commercial aircraft components.
- Lead sales execution for owned and managed inventory, in line with revenue targets.
- Identify innovative ways to bring components to market and improve trading performance.
- Represent the company at aviation events, promoting our brand and products.
- Liaise with internal teams to support deal analysis and board-level approvals.
- Collaborate with suppliers and operators to ensure smooth transactions and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an aviation or finance-related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in used serviceable material sales and trading.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interact effectively with leadership teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
