Job Title: Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational aspects of a hotel's front office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Foster exceptional guest relationships by providing timely responses to queries and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain adherence to statutory, health, and safety protocols.
Additional Tasks:
  • Collaborate with the front desk team, addressing guest inquiries and facilitating check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Process payments accurately, maintaining financial balance.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and supervision of team members.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office management within a busy 4-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities are essential.
  • Candidates should hold a third-level qualification in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Prior experience with Opera Cloud PMS and MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) is advantageous.
