Front Office Leader for Busy Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team in a busy 4-star hotel in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of management experience, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as experience with Opera Cloud PMS and MS Office packages.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day front office operations including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, track weekly feedback, and implement corrective action as needed
- Control costs associated with the department including payroll
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a similar hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with key software systems including Opera Cloud PMS and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
