About the Position
Your new role is with one of Ireland's leading building contractors that specialises in critical infrastructure, Life Science, Data Centre and General Building. They prioritise safety, quality and client satisfaction.You will be based on a large development in Eastwall consisting of 5 residential blocks and surrounding infrastructure.
- Supervising daily site operations for landscaping and hardscaping.
- Coordinating and directing field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications.
- Maintaining site safety and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicating with clients and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting technical or logistical challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
You will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects, including managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Your goal is to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a safe working environment and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.To achieve this, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances as required.
