Site Development Manager

The Construction Project Supervisor oversees and coordinates the construction of commercial or industrial developments.
Responsibilities:- Coordinating and supervising construction projects
- Reporting to senior management and supporting team members
- Managing site requirements, including labour, materials, and deadlines
- Ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence on site
- Proven experience in a construction management role
- Strong I.T skills are essential (Microsoft Suite including Project)
- Ability to effectively manage project schedules to required deadlines
- Construction Management or Trades Background with preference given to those with carpentry background
