Customer Success Architect

As a key leader in our team, you will have a significant impact on shaping the direction of our customer solutions. Your expertise in architectural design and technical architecture will drive innovation and success.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • To take a leadership role in implementing customer solutions, driving architectural decisions, and delivering on time and budget.
  • Provide consultancy services to customers using our product, ensuring they receive expert guidance and support.
  • Manage customer solutions and system architecture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Identify product enhancements and inform product management of their business value, helping to drive product development.
  • Work with operations to analyze system performance and evaluate enhancements for performance and cost benefits.
  • Contribute to the long-term development of our product suite, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer-facing experience in previous roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Presentation experience at C-level, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a multi-locational delivery team environment, with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • E-commerce industry experience or high transaction volume/mission critical cloud solutions expertise, with a strong understanding of technical architectures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Able to deliver high-quality customer documentation, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
