ING Wholesale Banking is currently seeking a qualified professional to support the Country FCP Lead in ensuring local compliance with the global Know Your Customer (KYC) program.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor CDD activity and coordinate with processing units and front office staff for timely management of KYC reviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Organize and lead weekly meetings with processing units teams.
- Act as the local referent for QC and QA matters across the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense.
- Support the implementation and updating of policy-driven processes and remediation plans.
- Propose actions as part of continuous improvement efforts and actively contribute to deploying these initiatives.
- Participate in Ireland's Safe-Deposit Box, Bank & Payments Accounts Register (ISBAR) reporting process.
- Assume the role of Local Champion for the KYCO tool.
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience within the banking industry and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
