Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Field Service Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining security systems on client sites in the greater Dublin area. This will involve approximately 90% installation work and 10% service and maintenance tasks.

  • Install and configure security systems on client sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing security systems.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in security field service engineering. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service and has experience working on larger industrial/commercial projects.

The successful candidate will have prior experience with security solutions from vendors such as Hikvision, Lenel, Milestone, or Galaxy. Knowledge of these systems is extremely advantageous, but not essential if you have relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure security systems on client sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing security systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Security field service engineer.
  • Recent security solutions installations experience desirable.
  • Prior experience on Hikvision or one of Lenel, Milestone or Galaxy extremely advantageous.
  • Experience on larger industrial/commercial projects required.
