About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Implementation Specialist and join our team in delivering cutting-edge security solutions to our clients.

This position combines technical expertise, project management, and customer support to ensure seamless integration and deployment of security systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Access Control Systems, Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), SQL/MongoDB, and Networking. Programming skills (C#, Python, or similar) are highly valued. A proven track record in project management, customer-facing interactions, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Install, configure, and integrate software, cloud, and access control systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead full implementation projects: planning, deployment, testing, and go-live to deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to customers and internal teams to enhance knowledge and skill sets.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
