Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our vibrant Customer Solutions Team.

This role involves engaging directly with customers as their trusted advisor, defining and demonstrating value across the entire sales cycle, and driving customer success during product evaluation.

You will partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met with excellent outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical discovery to identify and address customer needs
  • Delivering exceptional pre-sales experiences through technical expertise
  • Conducting impactful solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions
  • Designing and leading tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Serving as primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to represent customer voice and gather feedback for product planning

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical pre-sales roles
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding and curiosity about AI-driven automation, LLMs, and customer support technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to travel occasionally
