My client is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Solutions Architect to join a growing team.
They seek an architect with deep knowledge of cyber security who enjoys solving IT & OT security problems and wants to join an international IT consultancy with a great work culture, experiencing rapid growth in Ireland.
This role offers the opportunity to interact with CTOs and CEOs to understand business challenges in cyber security and develop solutions.

The Role
The Cyber Security Solution Architect will define and design solutions to meet clients' cyber security needs across various business verticals.
You will collaborate with business teams, clients, and technical experts across cyber domains.
A strong techno-functional background in cyber security is essential to translate complex security concepts into business solutions.
You will develop and deliver technical and business presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
You will understand client requirements, define, design, and orchestrate cybersecurity solutions.
Additionally, you will respond to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs, working with sales teams and solution architects to craft optimal solutions.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide insights into industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
You will also collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Participating in sales strategies and business growth initiatives is key.
Strong storytelling, consultative selling, articulation, and negotiation skills are required.
You should be comfortable communicating with CXOs, driving business, building pipelines, and influencing decision-makers.
Skills and Experience Needed
10+ years of industry experience in cyber security.
Ability to assess client environments, identify security gaps, and recommend solutions.
Domain expertise in at least two areas such as Identity & Access Management (PAM, IGA), Enterprise Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, MDR/SOC, OT Security.
Experience evaluating cybersecurity tools and technologies across domains like IAM, Cloud Security, MDR, OT Security.
Strong presentation and articulation skills to convey the value of security products and services.
This is a permanent role with a hybrid work model (2 days a week in Dublin City).
