Job Summary

The primary objective of a Delivery Associate is to ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate deliveries efficiently, ensuring prompt arrival at designated locations.
  • Maintain exceptional customer relations by demonstrating courtesy, empathy, and professionalism at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products during delivery, leveraging marketing information and promotional materials.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends and potential business opportunities to Management.
  • Navigate the delivery vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
Key Qualifications
  • Valid Full Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers and drive customer loyalty.
  • High levels of focus, energy, and drive to meet demanding delivery schedules.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
