Travel Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Travel Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel, hotel accommodation, rental cars and transfers requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related matters across the organization
  • Manage travel arrangements and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to share and verify the latest data related to travel expenses and agreements
  • Oversee and support travel operations in Ireland and across European project sites
  • Handle administrative duties including invoices, payment approval, contract setup, documentation, and forms
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all travel requests
  • Liaise with travel agency to guarantee high service standards and address any issues or complaints that arise
  • Maintain accurate records of all travel-related bookings
  • Prepare high-quality reports as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • A good command of English, both written and spoken
