Job Title: HR Generalist

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of all Human Resources policies and procedures. This will include tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing benefits and compensation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with employee performance, reward and recognition, diversity in the workplace and all compliance issues.
  • Build relationships with managers to improve communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and the analysis of statistical data for metrics and regulatory purposes.
  • Coordinate the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain and update all hourly employee files, including addresses, job changes, pay increases, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with communication notices and attendance issues, ensuring that communication notices are issued per policy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on employee relations.
