HR Coordinator Job Summary

This HR Coordinator role involves supporting the Human Resources function by managing overall HR administration, benefit administration, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks confidentially and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on employee queries in the shared HR Inbox, raising items to HRBP as applicable.
  • Process sensitive and confidential information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate payroll information (including sick leave/ unpaid leave, new starters, leavers, promotions, benefits).

The successful candidate will have experience in managing data in HR / TMS database systems and strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or working towards same.
  • Recent HR graduate or 1 year HR Administration/ experience.
  • Experience in Workday an advantage.
