Human Resources Administration Manager

Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented administrator to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Executive Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a fast, effective, and customer-focused service to employees based in various locations.
">About the Role:

- You will be responsible for responding to queries from HR customers accurately and in a timely manner.">
- Provide administrative support to the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process for both HQ and expatriate employees.">
- Support with the administration of employee contracts and benefits.">
- Administration of the HR intranet; updating content as requested.">
- Supporting on the preparation of monthly payroll.">
- Provide data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.">
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.">
- Process invoices for payment.">
- Provide administrative support to the Director of People including travel, supplier contracting and invoicing, preparing presentations and reports, arranging meetings, webinars, and events, taking minutes at meetings, project research.">
Requirements:

- Prior experience in administration within a fast-paced environment.">
- A relevant third-level qualification ideally in Human Resources.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Strong attention to detail and numeric ability.">
- Solution-focused approach with problem-solving skills.">
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise competing deadlines.">
- Strong PC Skills, knowledge of MS Office.">
