Lead Care Professional

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our dedicated team of professionals in delivering high-quality care and support services to adults with intellectual disabilities.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working with children/adults with an intellectual disability in a residential setting and hold a social care worker (CORU Registered) or Nursing qualification (NMBI registration/PIN). They will also possess proven managerial skills, with not less than three years' experience at management level and an appropriate management qualification to Fetac/QQI level 6 or equivalent.
- Proven track record of effective staff leadership and team management
- Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards
- Experience of managing budgets and resources effectively
