Lead Social Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our Social Care team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality social care services to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage, motivate and supervise staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • To have a strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
  • To possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • To have excellent IT, administration, report writing and organisational skills
  • To be proactive and able to work as part of a team

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
  • A formal qualification in Management

Working Hours: 39 hours per week in a rolling fortnightly roster that spans across 7 days of the week
