Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer

About the Role

This position requires a strategic and results-oriented leader to oversee all revenue-generating functions under a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan to drive revenue growth and profitability for the business.
  • Set ambitious targets for revenue teams and coach them to achieve these targets.
  • Build and develop a pipeline of opportunities and convert it into signed customers.
  • Lead winning proposals to prospect customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategy.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously optimise sales performance.
  • Regularly report on pipeline progression and key opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective leadership of the customer team.
  • Execute go-to-market initiatives to upsell and cross-sell to customers and ensure they get maximum value from products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products and services provided are driving meaningful business value for customers.
  • Accountable for the profitability of customer accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer executives as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Align marketing KPIs with sales acceleration, customer acquisition, and customer conversion.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational leverage across growth channels.
  • Lead teams fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Coach and mentor team members so they can grow their careers.
