About the Role

This role will involve providing team management and administrative expertise to support the Complaints & Feedback function within our Client Services department.

You will lead and participate in work streams as assigned and provide complaints management advice and support to our programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare with at least 2 years managing a team in a complex healthcare or business environment.

You will also demonstrate a strong working knowledge of managing complaints and compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
