We provide a spectrum of neuropsychiatric services to adults with serious and enduring mental health needs, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Huntington's Disease.

In Bloomfield Hospital, we focus on creating a therapeutic environment through recovery-oriented clinical practices and interventions, enabling patients to achieve their highest level of functioning and quality of life.

The Quality & Safety Administrator will work closely with the Head of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Patient Administration to prepare for annual inspections by regulators such as the Mental Health Commission and Health & Safety Authority.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Mental Health Act Administration: Ensure compliance with all provisions of the MHA 2001 and coordinate Mental Health Tribunals.
  • Quality & Compliance: Monitor the implementation of audits and assist with audit-related findings and recommendations.
  • Incident & Risk Management: Support department heads and line managers with maintenance of risk assessments and risk registers.
  • Complaints & Feedback: Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Patient Administration in relation to feedback management.

We seek a candidate with a high standard of suitability and ability to influence people positively and embrace change.
