Our organization is dedicated to fostering a culture of compliance, ensuring that our financial services align with regulatory requirements and best practices. As a key member of our Asset Management Compliance Advisory team, you will play a vital role in advising business partners on strategic initiatives, reviewing and approving financial promotion materials, and providing daily surveillance of GSAM portfolios.

About the Role
  • Advise business partners on strategic initiatives and compliance matters
  • Review and approve financial promotion materials, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements
  • Provide daily surveillance of GSAM portfolios, identifying potential compliance risks and issues
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring effective risk management strategies are in place
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial products and services, ensuring they comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs, educating colleagues on regulatory requirements and best practices
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory risk or compliance, preferably in asset management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex compliance issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
