The organization is a commercial, semi-State body that maximizes the supply of affordable homes in a financially sustainable manner. As our new Asset Management Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality and compliance of our asset management operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on wide-ranging projects across Ireland, including Quality and Compliance Reporting. You will be part of a dynamic team reporting to the Senior Building Surveyor, supporting the Long-Term Management and Regulatory Compliance of Cost Rental, Social, & Affordable Housing.
The ideal candidate will have technical acumen, excellent reporting and auditing skills, and a drive to succeed. You will need to be a team player with adaptability to respond to the challenges of our mandate. This role suits an ambitious individual looking to advance their career and explore management opportunities as our organization grows.
