Senior Compliance Professional for Global Asset Management

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Senior Manager to join our global asset management firm in Dublin. As a key member of our dynamic compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
">The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in compliance or legal roles within financial services or asset management. They will have direct experience with UK and/or US regulatory frameworks, as well as expertise in AML/KYC oversight and policy drafting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and across teams are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support on UK and US regulatory matters
- Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Coordinate due diligence and investor documentation
- Draft and update internal compliance policies
- Conduct reviews related to transactions and investments
- Deliver regular compliance updates and training sessions
- Liaise with regulators and manage audit requests
