Location: Dublin (Onsite - 5 days)

Who should apply?

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in compliance or legal roles within financial services or asset management
  • Direct experience with UK and/or US regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in AML/KYC oversight and policy drafting
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and across teams

Role and Reporting Lines

This position reports to the Global Head of Compliance and forms part of a close-knit team across key global locations.

  • Regulatory Compliance – Provide support on UK and US regulatory matters
  • Monitoring – Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme
  • Investor Support – Coordinate due diligence and investor documentation
  • Policy & Procedure – Draft and update internal compliance policies
  • AML/KYC – Conduct reviews related to transactions and investments
  • Training – Deliver regular compliance updates and training sessions
  • Regulatory Engagement – Liaise with regulators and manage audit requests
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with compliance colleagues across jurisdictions
