Who should apply?
Ideal for experienced compliance professionals looking to step up in a global environment:
Minimum 4 years' experience in compliance or legal roles within financial services or asset management
Direct experience with UK and/or US regulatory frameworks
Experience in AML/KYC oversight and policy drafting
Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and across teams
Role and Reporting Lines
This position reports to the Global Head of Compliance and forms part of a close-knit team across key global locations.
Regulatory Compliance – Provide support on UK and US regulatory matters
Monitoring – Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme
Investor Support – Coordinate due diligence and investor documentation
Policy & Procedure – Draft and update internal compliance policies
AML/KYC – Conduct reviews related to transactions and investments
Training – Deliver regular compliance updates and training sessions
Regulatory Engagement – Liaise with regulators and manage audit requests
Team Collaboration – Work closely with compliance colleagues across jurisdictions
