About the Role

As a seasoned commercial property management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team that manages a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading teams, business development, and client relationship management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of property managers, advisors, and support staff to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Set targets, conduct appraisals, and allocate resources effectively to drive business growth.
  • Promote best practices and compliance across the team, ensuring adherence to internal policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, budgeting, rent collection, service charge management, tenant negotiations, insurance administration, and health & safety standards.
  • Nurture client relationships, pitch for new contracts, and cross-sell services to grow the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in commercial property management, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams (Property & Building Managers, Facility Managers, support staff).
  • Business development success: evidence of winning mandates, pitching, and growing client portfolios.
  • Experience working with institutional investors, REITs, asset managers, and corporate occupiers.
