Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

This role plays a pivotal part in aligning business objectives with digital solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that business needs are clearly understood, effectively translated into technical solutions, and successfully implemented across systems.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. They will also develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize and optimize business processes.

In addition, the Business Analyst will identify, analyze, and create stakeholder maps early in the project lifecycle. They will prepare and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and translate business needs into clear, actionable goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize and optimize business processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and create stakeholder maps early in the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable goals.
  • Prioritize user stories and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders based on impact and urgency.
  • Act as Product Owner during project phases, ensuring business needs are reflected in solution design and delivery.
  • Maintain accountability for digital solution implementation and system integration.
  • Delegate system ownership responsibilities where appropriate, while retaining overall accountability.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, Digital Integration, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and digital delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Visio, and data visualization platforms.
