Job Description

Lead and coordinate engineering and maintenance activities across the pork processing site. Ensure equipment and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage corrective and preventative maintenance programs
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to resolve equipment issues
  • Oversee maintenance and calibration schedules
  • Set and track engineering KPIs

Key Skills and Qualifications

Develop and implement engineering standards and procedures. Represent the department in cross-functional meetings. Provide on-call support. Manage, mentor, and develop the engineering and maintenance team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a similar environment
  • Supervisory experience, supervising calibration and repairs on production equipment
  • Maintenance systems and quality systems knowledge for a food manufacturing environment
  • Able to organize own work and provide updates on tasks
