Key Responsibilities
  • Steer post-launch activities and manage product lifecycle engineering projects, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Promote and execute cross-functional change initiatives related to raw materials, products, and production lines.
  • Identify and implement year-over-year improvements in process efficiency, cost, and product quality.
  • Develop and support new manufacturing processes, layouts, or technologies to enhance operations.
  • Leverage VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) projects to drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain Product Master Data and related manufacturing documentation, ensuring alignment with SOPs and internal standards.
  • Analyze production data and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders across functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience working with engineering documentation, ECOs, and master data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with systems like SAP is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
