Job Overview

We're a global private markets specialist, delivering tailored investment solutions and advisory services to investors worldwide. Our platform leverages intelligence across sectors, strategies, and geographies to help clients identify advantages and success factors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, execute, and settle primary third-party fund investments
  • Coordinate, execute, and settle secondary market transactions: purchases, sales, transfers, switches of fund positions, transfers of private debt portfolios, transfers of single private debt loans, and non-standard Private Debt Co-Investments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, custodians, board of directors, external fund administrators, and investment managers
  • Update trade trackers and ensure information flow to relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in all pre-trade and post-trade calls and approval committees
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years' work experience and a bachelor's degree from a top-tier college or university
  • Relevant experience in Middle office or other investment fund-related role is preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in fund-of-fund trading or Private Debt is a plus
  • Demonstrates commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail, even in high-volume, fast-paced environments
