Polymer Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Polymer Process Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to develop and manage extrusion processes for new and existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and run extrusion trials to optimize product quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on extrusion processes and equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in extrusion processing, preferably with polymer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks.
