Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Risk Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of financial risk within our organization.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
Developing and implementing controls to meet business requirements and enhance the finance control environment. Reviewing and resolving segregation of duty violations via control reporting for Finance and HR. Investigating and remedying transactional control violations. Collaborating with the Oracle Fusion functional team on custom roles, access, and controls. Maintaining and overseeing a role-based matrix for other Finance applications. Working with the Quality Assurance team on JIRA to manage maintenance, defects, and change requests. Assisting with ad hoc Finance projects and enhancements on the Oracle Fusion application. Liaising with Group Risk to ensure proper management, documentation, and resolution of risk incidents and action items. Reviewing aging risk incidents and action items for timely and satisfactory resolution. Liaising with internal and external audit on control audits and queries. Facilitating communication within the department through assistance and organization of meetings. Coordinating and developing training initiatives across Finance teams, liaising with the training department as necessary. Ensuring accurate and timely resolution of tasks assigned to the role. Performing ad hoc tasks and requests as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Accountant. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS application, JIRA, Confluence is desirable but not required. Self-motivation, proactivity, and initiative. A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Flexibility and adaptability in approach to work. Professional judgment and decision-making skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. A self-directed approach to learning new technologies. The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Organizational skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently. Reliability and dependability.
