We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable, secure, and reliable web services and platforms for Azure.

You will develop Key Management Service over cryptographic hardware and own the technical design, implementation, and quality assurance for features and engineering projects.

As a Lead Software Development Specialist, you will collaborate with partner teams to deliver cohesive solutions for the Azure platform.

You will work with team members to deliver features, provide technical mentorship, and improve engineering systems.

The successful candidate will enhance the high availability, resiliency, and scalability of the platform.

You will create prototypes and drive architectural design decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Software development experience with languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#.
  • Experience in developing RESTful applications and utilizing distributed databases.
