Are you a seasoned retail professional with a passion for driving sales growth through effective partnerships? We're seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead our retail strategy in Ireland, working closely with senior customer relationships to deliver business targets and build a strong relationship between Kellanova's brands and the Irish market.
Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to all stakeholders, executing customer priorities at a national level, driving team motivation and personal development of each team member, achieving annual targets on sales, customer level (NSV, trade spend, GP), and implementing Kellanova marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with over 10 years of experience in FMCG and account management, extensive knowledge of the Irish trade environment and account management practices, excellent communication, presentation, and trade economic skills, entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach, active industry network and solid relationships with top Irish retailers, results-oriented with focus on quarterly targets and strategic planning, proven team leadership and management expertise, and strong academic credentials and fluency in English.
